Nested postpartum sessions are gentle and suited for overall wellness, recovery and relaxation after giving birth. Individualized to suit your recovery needs. Initial session is about 2 hrs as we ebb and flow with your newborn (and other children's) needs! Includes abdominal massage with custom blend, bengkung belly binding (cloth included), herbal package, support, tools and resources for birth processing, bodywork $320
Postpartum Package The 4 session package includes the initial visit as above plus some additional products and services: access to online client portal with many resources, downloads, e-books and more. Ongoing text and telephone support for the 6-8 weeks of early postpartum, herbal and coconut milk bath soaks, yoni steaming blend, after pains tincture, restorative post-birth tonic and larger bottle of the sacred belly oil. Each visit will include the bodywork as well, the initial visit is approx 2 hrs and subsequent visits around 1.5-2hrs $1000

Birth in our Community
After supporting families in pregnancy, birth and postpartum for almost 13 years I have seen lots of changes in the maternity system, routine interventions and outcomes. I am working on a new project and would love to get your feedback on your birth and postpartum experience. The responses are totally anonymous and I will be presenting some of my findings and takeaways in about a month or so!
